Company and the group:
- INCOMA specialises on several areas which make up its
key competences: retail and distribution,
shopper behaviour,
regional analyses, real estate development,

- INCOMA is considered the leader in the Czech market in
its areas of activity
- The enterprise was founded in 1991 and has become a part
of the GfK Group in 2000, which is the third biggest
research group worldwide and the most important one in the
region of Central and Eastern Europe
- The company name has been changed to INCOMA GfK, s.r.o.
in July 2009
- INCOMA organises research projects within the
international GfK network in the whole region of Central and
Eastern Europe; INCOMA is also a competence centre of GfK
CEE for the research of trade and shopping habits

- INCOMA thus builds its team on the basis of long-term
relationships and provides most space to people who have got
long-term experience in marketing research and/or practice
HOW DO WE WORK?
- We always work within the context of the complete
issue, which is considered an inseparable unit: from the
identification of problems and the understanding of issues
through the in-depth analysis and consulting to measuring of
the results’ effectiveness
- We start with detailed discussion about the issue in
question, we believe that a close contact with clients
during a project can decisively increase the value and the
utilisation of results
- Pragmatic attitude to the methodology – we design
combinations from a wide spectrum of research
techniques (quantitative, qualitative, observational,
expert, etc.) which provide clients with the best price/benefit
ratio
- The provision of a report is not the end of it – a
workshop with the client’s team is the best way how to
transfer results in the effective way and understandably
- Our way of working is open, understandable and
focussed on the practical use: We assist our clients who
enter the market research for the first time or who do not
have their own capacity to analyse research data
- High quality of our work and the satisfaction of our
clients play the most important role for us. We thus
permanently aim to increase the standard and the quality of
our products and services and we pay big attention to
regular quality control of processes and outputs for our
clients. INCOMA Research is also a member of the SIMAR
organisation – the association of agencies involved in the
