INCOMA Research is intensively involved in the analyses of selected market segments
since 1991. Fleet management (operation and managenet of company car fleets) belongs
to one of the most important market segments as well as another relevant services
and products (insurance, financing, servicing, assistance, sale of petrol, tyres
etc.). Our analyses cover both passenger and commercial vehicles segments.

or particular product; identification of growth possibilities and opportunities
of company, brand, product category or particular product is the most valuable benefit
of the tool.
- INCOMA CSM (Customer Satisfaction Measurement) – identification of customers
satisfaction, comparison of service quality with competition, analysis of willingness
to repeated purchase, attitudes towards own and competitive brands from the point
of view of your customers (this product is tailored mostly for marketing management
of individual automotive brands, for leasing companies, insurance institutions,
petrol stations chains,..).
